Special Teams Coordinator and Running Backs Coach
Matt grew up in Timberlea, NS. He has 15 years of football experience. He attended Sir John A Macdonald High School then went on to play for the Claremont Jets (Perth, Australia 2007). He then attended Champlain College (CEGEP) in 2008 additionally, he went to Bishop’s University from 2009 to 2014 with a full athletic scholarship. During these years Matt won rookie of the year in 2009, team MVP 2012, and was named team captain in 2013. Matt also spent time with 3 CFL teams the Montreal Alouettes, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and the Ottawa Redblacks (Practice Roster 2015).
